Henry guitar.For custom ordered guitars, refund of the purchase price is contingent on resale of the instrument. If an instrument is not returned in complete and original condition the cost of any restoration work will be deducted from the refund. Deposit Orders for standard guitars require a 30% non-refundable deposit when your order is placed. Deposits for custom instruments are negotiable, based on the degree of customization, up to 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance due at delivery, FOB Tacoma, WA. Warranty Henry guitars carry a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect or extremes of temperature and humidity. Guitar maintenance is the responsibility of the owner and is a condition of this warranty. Should a guitar need warranty repair or otherwise, shipping expenses are the responsibility of the owner. |
